Prospective Client Questionnaire

To download a PDF version of these questions please click here.

Please answer the following questions as best you can. This will enable us to create a detailed proposed programme for you. The more details the better.

1. Who are you? Your position (in the interested organisation) and your contact details.

2. What would you like to do / achieve in Mongolia?

3. How many people are you thinking off? their aproximate ages and their experience of adventure travel. Any special needs or diets etc.

4. What level of physical challenge would you like? Bearing in mind that travel in Mongolia is tough at the easiest of times!

5. What standard of accommodation and meals would you like. Ulaan Baatar has a variety of hotels and hostels, from 4* to very simple.

6. When would you like to come to Mongolia and for how long. Bearing in mind that Mongolia is a huge country and travel to places a long way apart can be very time consuming. We would suggest seeing a part of Mongolia rather than trying to 'do' it all.

7. Do you have any places, events or activities in mind? eg Naadam Festival, Trekking, Canoeing, Photography, Altai, Desert, Steppes, Migration of Antelope etc.

8. We encourage all our guests to participate in one of our Projects run by our sister organisation - The Togoruu Trust. These projects are designed to facillitate our guests 'putting something back into the country' Projects tend to last from a couple of days to 4 weeks or more. How much time do you think you would like to use to participate in a project?

9. And finally, how did you hear of Go Wilderness Mongolia?

Please remember that the more details you give will allow us to create a more interesting
and appropriate programme -
Thank You.
