Our simple booking process

All our Expeditions and Trips are bespoke
we start planning every trip from a clean sheet of paper

1 We will need to ask you a few simple questions which will give us the information we need to set up an Itinerary for you.

2 We will then develop an itinerary for you. This will include the cost and what is and is not included in this cost.It will have a comprehensive day by day breakdown of activities. A summary of hospitality arrangments (food and accommodation). A summary of all transport arrangments.

3 Upon agreement we will ask you to complete a booking form to return to us. Nothing is finally agreed until we recieve this form. It will include payment details.

4 In all cases you are responsible for the following:- International return flights, appropriate travel insurance, the validity of your passport and any trvel visas needed, personal clothing and equipment (excluding any hired from GWM), personal spending money, tips for trek / support crew, travel to and from home point of departure.

Please note that Mongolia is a developing country and all prepared itineraries are kept as flexible as possible to accommodate any changes forced on Go Wilderness Mongolia.
