1 Payment.
A booking is confirmed when the booking form and deposit are received. The deposit is 25% of the final cost. Payments are made to Go Wilderness Mongolia Co, Ltd into our Mongolian Bank Account, transfer fees (about £10-£15 per transfer) are the responsibility of the client. The remaining payment (75%) is due a minimum of 12 weeks before the trip commencement date.
1.1 Inclusions.
In Mongolia - All activity, food, accommodation, transport (inc airport transfers), meals, technical activity equipment (saddles, helmets, buoyancy aids, ropes etc) as per the programme outline.
1.2 Exclusions.
International flights, travel insurance, personal spending money, personal and group visas, tips for support crew and guides, personal clothing, personal equipment.
2 Cancellations.
2.1 Cancellation by the client.
Upon cancellation by the client the following will apply:-
2.1.1 From booking to 12 weeks before trip. Forfeit of deposit.
2.1.2 From 12 to 4 weeks before trip. Forfeit of deposit plus 50% of the cost
2.1.3 From 4 to 0 weeks before the trip. Forfeit of all monies paid.
2.2 Cancellation by GWM.
Go Wilderness Mongolia will strive to never cancel any trip or expedition. If however, due to unforeseen conditions or situations beyond our control causes us to cancel a trip or expedition then the following will apply:-
2.2.1 We will offer an alternative set of dates.
2.2.2 We will offer an alternative programme.
2.2.3 We will refund all monies paid to GWM.
3 Insurance.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that adequate travel insurance cover is taken out. This must cover emergency medical repatriation, search and rescue, and the adventure activities planned. A copy of this Insurance Schedule is lodged with SOS Medica Mongolia before the trip commences to ensure that if a medical air evacuation is needed the right paperwork is in place before the trip commences.
4 GWM Final responsibilities.
Go Wilderness Mongolia Co, Ltd, its representatives and guides reserve the right to cancel or amend any itinerary or programme at any time due to any circumstances, including any Safety or Behaviour issues.
5. Flexibility.
It must be made clear to clients that Mongolia is a developing country with a fledgling economy and a very basic tourist and travel infrastructure. And as such we will endeavour to run the agreed itinerary as best as possible but it has to remain flexible at all times.
6. Medical information.
ALL clients must disclose all medical information to GWM (and your insurance company) at the time of booking (and at any other time if a condition/illness develops prior to the departure time. This is to ensure our guides and translators are up to date with all available medical information, to assist in any evacuation or situation. All information is kept confidential unless needed to disclose to medical practioners or similar.
7. International flights.
These are the responsibility of the client.
