Stephanie Ash
Brings a wealth of senior management experience in both public and private sectors, and an especial affinity for collaborative projects. She has a professional approach always, but tempered by a sense of humour and pragmatism.
Stephanie is a effective trainer across a broad range of disciplines including Health and Safety for London Fire Brigade, Team building and team leadership for community groups, implementing Work Life Balance initiatives for both public and private sectors and effective recruitment and selection workshops and Business start up workshops for small businesses. She is proficient in the use of quality standards and benchmarking tools such as Chartermark, EFQM, IIP. Her own business was the first in the HIghlands to be recognised against the IIP Work Life Balance Model, as well as being a member of the Highland Council team that successfully guided the Service Point Network to achieving Chartermark at the first attempt.
Stephanie is particularly skilled at developing learning resources and passionate about meeting the learning needs of communities in Scotland. Her high quality coaching skills and empathy with individuals has helped her to become an accomplished career transition and outplacement coach.
Having successfully run her own business for 9 years she is self-motivated and able to meet deadlines and targets and is proud of achieving consistently high quality outcomes.
Stephanie is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Business Consulting.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys walking, travelling, her garden and a glass of wine. She is a Director of the Shieldaig Sports Association and works on a number of community projects.
