Hilary Crick

Enthusiastic, highly-organised, positive and at all times customer-focused. Strategic thinker, consultative manager and energetic team leader and player. 

Hilary has over 30 years experience as a manager and a background in management and people development. She has been self employed since April 2003 having previously spent over ten years working in a senior role the Highland and Islands Enterprise Network involved in a variety of People and Business Development projects. Hilary has worked for the last ten years as a Business Adviser and prior to this spent many years in training and development with a background in management development. She also works as a coach and mentor within many organisations and is highly effective at supporting people through change to enable them to move forward. 

Hilary is a member of the Institute of Business Consultants, registered as an Investors in People Specialist as well as a licensed trainer with IIPUK. She is qualified to work with the European Foundation of Quality Excellence Model and also involved in the assessment of many management training standards. She is experienced in recruitment and the running of assessment centres and qualified to level B in psychometrics. 

Outside of work Hilary is a keen gardener who likes to travel and explore the countryside on a cycle.
