ABATTOIRS AND PLANTS

This section includes a representative sample of plants where Jack Shewring has been involved with the design and development.  His relationship with some of these stretches over many years with return engagements for extensions and additions.

As will be seen, facilities have been provided for cattle, sheep, pigs and deer, recently with an increasing demand for:

• game parlours to support deer farming operations
• on-farm and estate small cutting plants to support farm/organic shops
