The objectives of the swedish, therapeutic or remedial massage treatment could be to improve range of movement, reduce pain, to help to restore appropriate balance to your body, reduce general anxiety or just to help you relax from day to day stresses and strains and to aid restful sleep.

You can have very gentle through to firm pressure, your massage is adapted to suit how you are on the day.

Remedial and sports massage is beneficial in supporting your sports interests, working to ease out injury niggles, to maintain good form, working with you to help you stay injury free.

Choose a preblended aromatherapy oil or wax or unscented if you prefer.

Please allow ten to fifteen minutes at the start of an initial appointment to complete a consultation form and discuss your massage treatment. Any subseqeuent visits will check in with how you are on the day and adjust treatment accordingly. Remedial Treatment involves a more in depth initial consultation & history taking along with focussed range of movement checks and safety checks.
