If your looking for a Personal Trainer I am here to help. I offer personal one to one training session and will devise a fitness and workout regime that is specific to your needs. So, if you wish to learn the techniques of boxing, improve your fitness or simply lose weight and tone, I can help.
A typical one hour Personal Training Session will include:
Warm Up & Stretch
Skipping
Boxing Technique & Shadow Boxing
Training on the Punch Bags
Training on the Pads with me
Circuit Training Routine
Warm Down and Stretch
I will enable you to maximise your workout, focussing on the techniques of boxing, improving fitness and self esteem, rhythm, strength and tone.
