Child Protection

The safety and welfare of our Junior members are top priorities in our Club.

• The Club has adopted the child protection policies and procedures which have been produced by Amateur Boxing Scotland Ltd.

• Volunteer helpers are required to become members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and obtain enhanced disclosures through Amateur Boxing Scotland Ltd.

• Our Committee and Coaches have enhanced disclosures and are members of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.

• Our Coaches have attended seminars run by Coaching Highland, Inverness on "Safeguarding and Protecting Children" and "In Safe Hands"

• Our Secretary has attended seminars on "Safeguarding and Protecting Children" and "In Safe Hands" in Aberdeen
