Our Venison comes from deer that roam wild in the pristine hills of Skye and the West Highlands, living and feeding the way nature intended. We know the people who hunt these deer and work with them to bring you only the finest quality meat.

We use only salt and oak smoke in our process, and do not add nitrites. Therefore, our smoked venison does not retain the characteristic pink or red colour of nitrite containing cured meats. Instead, it has the natural colour and tender texture of slow roasted meat.
