Walking Instruction


Walking is the building block to so many things that we do. If we can do it with less stress, more awareness and more energy then the results will flow into other parts of our lives (physically, mentally and emotionally).

ChiWalking is a revolutionary new training technique for walking. It combines some of the guiding principles found in ancient practices such as T'ai Chi and Yoga with more modern concepts found in the laws of physics and biomechanics. Read 'My Story' to discover why Chi Walking works for me.

ChiWalking can reduce existing aches/pains; prevent injury; help you save physical energy; increase your confidence and ability with walking, and; increase mental well-being. Many people experience a revolution in their walking when they adopt the ChiWalking method.

Past-Tracks is first organisation based in Scotland to deliver this new 'whole body' approach to walking. ChiWalking is sister to ChiRunning, which has had a significant impact on the sport of running and the two are often taught together, as complimentary activities.
