Past-Tracks Heritage and Walking is a small company based in Argyll on the West coast of Scotland offering walking instruction and guided walks. It is run by Biddy Simpson who has worked in the Scottish archaeology and heritage management sector for over 25 years, has been guiding heritage walks for over 15 years and is one of Scotland's first qualified ChiWalking walking instructors.

A keen walker and hill walker, Biddy is a qualified walk leader (Sports Leader BELA, Mountain Training Lowland Leader, Summer Mountain Leader Training) and is currently working towards the nationally accredited Mountain Training Summer Mountain Leader Award. Biddy is a member of the Mountain Training Association, a member of Mountaineering Scotland and a qualified first aider. Biddy also volunteers locally as an expedition supervisor with the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
