Hail glorious Father Ogilvie!
O holy Saint of God!
Whose steps did never falterUpon the narrow road.The road that leads to heaven,Where countless martyrs throng,And sing their hymns of gladness,Before the throne of God.
Chorus: O Blessed Father Ogilvie! O martyr of Our Lord! Pray for our native country Before the throne of God.
While we thy waiting brethren,Near-by thy home of Drum,In Keith the selfsame parish,Where thou thyself wert born,In pious supplication To thee do humbly pray, That we in God’s sweet mercy May find our heavenly way.
