Welcome to Wollaton Natural History Society

The Society exists to promote the study and appreciation of the natural world by arranging regular illustrated talks, guided walks, recording and publications.

The programme of indoor illustrated talks by guest speakers, takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 7.30pm at St Leonards Community Centre, Bramcote Lane, Wollaton. NG8 2ND (Opposite Wollaton library).

NEXT INDOOR MEETING:

20th November - Jack Baddams – Ornithologist, Naturalist and Researcher on the BBC ‘Springwatch’ programme. Jack will be taking us behind the scenes of ‘Springwatch’ to discover the details behind the making of this popular programme, together with his own stories of his life as a Naturalist.

Meetings are held inside St Leonards Community Hall.

        MEMBERSHIP: £16 annually, payable in January, join on the door.

 Pro rata after March. 

            VISITORS are always welcome: £3.00 per meeting, £2 for walks.

             At meetings there is a charge of £1 for refreshments during the break.
