Welcome to Wollaton Natural History Society
The Society exists to promote the study and appreciation of the natural world by arranging regular illustrated talks, guided walks, recording and publications.
The programme of indoor illustrated talks by guest speakers, takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 7.30pm at St Leonards Community Centre, Bramcote Lane, Wollaton. NG8 2ND (Opposite Wollaton library).

NEXT INDOOR MEETING:
19th March - Mountain Flowers & Beautiful Gardens from Oregon to Alaska – David Charlton. In 2023, David visited North America for the North American Rock Garden Society. His Talk covers many of the gardens he visited and photographed during that special trip.
Meetings are held inside St Leonards Community Hall.
NEXT GUIDED WALK:
Thursday 20th March - Codnor Park Rservoir and Cromford Canal. Led by Dave Gilbert. Looking for Water Voles, Kingfisher etc. Meet in the car park next to the reservoir. Time to be decided. Coach Road, Derbyshire, NG16 5PX
Free for members, visitors £3.

MEMBERSHIP: £16 annually, payable in January, join on the door.
Pro rata after March.
VISITORS are always welcome: £3.00 per meeting, £3 for walks.
At meetings there is a charge of £1 for refreshments during the break.
