Starting a Blog!

Where do I start my blog, I'll jump right in and make a start? Let's start at the very beginning, reminds me of Julie Andrews and my love of the Sound of Music, yes I've been to the sing-a-long version at the theatre, yes my face was sore laughing and my voice hoarse. My friend and I decided we would go fancy dressed, a wet night in Glasgow, we took our costumes with us to get dressed at the theatre, we were going as brown paper packages tied up with string, no use in the wet!!
Standing at the theatre door, not many others dressed for the occasion? Wrong theatre, it was Christmas and we were in a Q for the panto, " oh yes we were". A quick dash in a taxi and we arrived in time for the fancy dress competion, too late to change.
I've always fancied singing in a musical, a great rip roaring show stopper( as a chorus member even), I am a keen singer, KEEN not being the same as good. Never mind one day "my prince will come"!! I'm off again....
This reminds me that we should do what makes us happy. Singing does not hurt other, yes there are exceptions, my children would also have something to say on this matter, in the main singing is a harmless activity. Next time you hear music you like, turn it up, sing along, dance about and enjoy it.
