Key Holding Service:   We will check your property regularly, internally and externally and report back as necessary.  Also forward any mail.

 Minor Repairs & Maintenance: We are able to undertake all minor repairs and, if necessary, organise artisans to carry out specialist works.

Project Management:   Large or small building projects can be supervised in your absence and regular updates issued.

Winterising Properties:  We can ensure that your property is winterised to minimise any problems caused by cold winter conditions.   We can also provide a chemical substance to put into your central heating systems to avoid the system freezing up.

Holiday Changeovers:  we offer a full cleaning service after a changeover.  Thus ensuring your property is ready for your next visit or guest.  (Laundry extra)

Meeting & Greeting:  We are happy to meet guests on arrival by prior arrangement to hand over keys and help settle them in.

Emergency Contact:   We can be a friendly face and contact number during your visit or your guests' visits.

Arranging and Accepting Deliveries:  We can be available for appointments or deliveries in your absence.

Administration:   We can offer advice regarding utility companies and carry out administrative tasks in your absence.

Welcome and Information Packs:   We can provide a welcome pack, containing milk, bread, butter, cheese, coffee, tea, sugar, water, wine.   Also local maps and information about local places of interest and events.
