For all Electrical and Plumbing works Devis are issued free of charge after a site visit.    

Other Services are charged by the hour and will depend on the distance involved and the size of your property.

There are discounted prices for our Key Holding Package.   For example, if you pay in advance for a 12 month package the cost  is 550 euros instead of 600 euros and a 6 month package is 250 euros instead of 300 euros.
