*Tables 6ft, are charged at £15 for 

for all dates, except Chipping Sodbury Christmas Sunday, for which a 6ft table is £26*

Parking & Set Up/Pack Down for  Craft Fayres!

The timings for the fayre are 10 am to 4 pm. You will be able to arrive to set up at 9 am. There are sometimes parking spaces available on the high street, some outside the Town Hall and there is a small car park to the back of the Town Hall, accessible but the side street to the left of the hall. These spaces are a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved.

The Fayre finishes at 4pm and we ask you wait until this time before you begin packing down. It's nice for our customers to get the most out of the browsing times we provide, so pack down is strictly post 4pm and we have until 5pm to vacate the Town Hall.
 

Bins are provided at the venue, so if you have any rubbish, please pop it in, so we can leave our lovely Town Hall as clean and tidy as possible. Thank you!
