To successfully book a table with us, please give the following information...

 

YOUR NAME & YOUR BUSINESS NAME, your EMAIL ADDRESS, MOBILE / TELEPHONE NUMBER & EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING - so please include any PHOTOS or LINKS to your creative platforms, of your creations and of course, the DATES YOU'D LIKE TO BOOK

(the links don't have to be working ones, just type them in and I can copy and paste these to search for your crafts)

Please only bring along items that we've discussed when booking!

If you turn up to the fayre with stock that is not what you claimed to be selling or consists mostly of something else, you won't be considered for future applications.

I try to make sure we don't have any more than 3 of the same/similar crafters, so if you turn up with something that I'm not aware of, it could upset the balance and be problematic with placement too.   

 

Please let me know if you have any disability requirements, or need to be close to the toilets or need an electric source.

(I'll do my best to cater for electrical needs, however, we only have a certain amount of sockets and some don't always align with the tables, so if possible, it's worth bringing an extention cable with you for reach!)

The booking form is located below. This must be completed and returned with all information requested or it will not be considered.

If you email me, txt me or message me anywhere else but here, requesting any bookings, I will not consider them and you will be directed to this booking form. The only way to successfully book, is via the Booking Form.

 

(This includes EVERYONE! Not just new applicants, those who have been coming along for years too! This is now the only way to book from here on!)

 

I'll then reply ASAP to confirm which dates are available to you from those requested, officially book you in, send you bank details for payment for your first Fayre to ensure your place, along with any other info you need for the day of the fayre.

Alternatively, you can message directly on the email below to request any further information or ask any questions regarding the fayre, and I'll get back to you ASAP, but you must fill out the BOOKING FORM to officially apply for a stall at our fayres.
