Every year we try to raise funding to support family activities. We recently took part in a family outdoor programme at Scottish Centres. One hundred people were able to take part in the programme. We all got a chance to try archery, climbing, problem solving as well as working together on an assault course.
We also had trips to the cinema, arts and crafts events and some healthy eating workshops.
We try to cater for all ages, but we feel it is important that the adults encourage their children to have a go at the activities.
