all my flies are built by me here in scotland. i have been tying pike and predator flies since the early 90s and indeed have been tying flies since i was a 9yr kid old chasing trout on the river tweed in scotland and my flies have caught litterally thousands of fish worldwide in that time .
tying predator flies isnt about chucking some materials on a hook in a hut in africa and lasting a few fish its about knowing what makes predators tick and how to make that fly act and look like prey. that is the secret.
all my flies are tied with the finest materials avalible to me and i only use the best quality hooks i firmly belive the best flies you can fish with are the flies made by people who actually fish for the species they tye for .
in my travels around the globe i have fished and caught pretty much everything i tye for so rest easy that your fly purchase has been tested on real fish just check the gallery section .
