Default Notice
I have been issued a Default notice and am now scared that someone will turn up at my house and start removing my stuff. what can i do? thanks in advance.

IVA/remortgage
In an IVA, i was told that i would have to remortgage my house in the 4th year to pay a lump sum towards my debts and now i am worried that i cannot get one as they houses in my street have gone down in value if aything? what is your advice Please??? Thanks WATSON

As part of your standard modifications it states you have to release any available equity from your property at some point during your IVA. If you cannot release the equity due to LTV or lenders withdrawing previously available products, that isn't your fault. So don't worry. stay in touch with your Supervisor and make sure you carry on maintaining your monthly payments. Hope that helps! Mark @ whittaker bell
