Charity work at Cotton Lane Community Centre in Derby

Worked for charity at Cotton Lane in Derby for a week, plastering and painting. A big group of people brought together by Ian Hodgkinson of Hodgkinson Builders. Some very long days but feels good to be able to help.

The organisation Enthusiasm delivers projects, working with 11 to 18 year olds who are most at risk of offending and social exclusion.
Enthusiasms vision is:
"To provide opportunities for young people to fulfil their true potential; reduce anti-social behaviour and reduce the risk of young people entering into the Criminal Justice System"
The vision of Enthusiasm is to see young people
fulfil their true potential in life by:
Diverting them from crime
Raising aspirations
Building self esteem
Equipping others to aspire to excellence"
