Gaming Event

So already after 6 months of had work and research, i have decided to go ahead and start planing a gaming even and get together for you tubers and fellow hobbyists.
There is still so much work to do and still undecided where the event will take place, if any one has any suggestions please feel free to contact me using the contact part of the site.
I am also looking for a few people to help organize this event, so if any one can help out in any way please make your self known.
the event will be in the middle of 2016, and if it is successful it will be a regular yearly thing.
There will be videos upcoming on youtube about this event.
i am thinking the event should take place in the middle of the uk so looking at Nottingham, Sheffield, Darby or Leicester.
There is still quite a few hurdles to get over with this for one is the cost, one way around that is ticketing the event.
but i don't want a very high price ticket some thing like £3 for youtubers and £6 for non youtubes, but that is yet to be confirmed.
One thing about the event is that it will be a non profit event all the money will go to event its self.
Another way around this is to get sponsors for the event, dose any one know how to do this ??
Ideally i would like to get another 4 people on board with this.
The things i would like to see on the day is a few stalls where people can buy things from. gaming ares with about 12 to 15 tables running warhammer, 40k. dreadball, kings of war, dropzone commander, Deazone. so purpouse gaming tables will have to be built for this. i am willing to put that work in myself and do the terrain, i am hoping to set sponsors to donate armys for test games, but it will be a bring your own army sort of thing.
i would also like there to be some where people can get food hot and cold to eat.
The most important thing is i want people to have fun so i am asking for your help so dont forget if you can help out in any way no matter how little please please make your self known to me :)
