ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020.
Wednesday 19th AUGUST AT 7-45pm. At the Unison Sports & Social Club.
Maximum of 30 in Club.

ITEM 1. APOLOGIES.
ITEM 2. READ AND ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING.
ITEM 3. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT.
ITEM 4. FINANCIAL REPORT.
ITEM 5. RULES
(1) The season should be suspended for the time being & if Covid
restrictions are relaxed, the remainer of 2019/20 games be played.
If passed, miss out other new rules to 2021. Meole 'A' & Meole 'E'
(a) League Change. Have 4 Leagues of 6 Teams, Will make the
League's Stronger. Playing 2 home & 2 away games with each team.
(b) If (a) is passed to have one Team up & one down in each league.
(c) If Covid 19 still about rests to be cleaned before each frame, one
rest for home team & one away team.
(d) Only referee to set up balls each frame (Best with glove's),
(e) Players & Referee's to wash hands before and after game.
(f) Change set up for League meetings, Last years not working,
With only the Secretary turning up at the last meeting.
(g) If Covid 19 still about Clubs like Harlescott, Unison, can only use
one table, Meole two tables best apart & Bagley only one or two
in Snooker Room with players.
(h) To end last season with Beaconsfield 'A' Division one winners &
Preston Brockhurst Division two. Meole'A' & Beaconsfield 'C' R.U.
(g) To play off last seasons competitions, Semi-Final's & Final

ITEM 8. DRAW FOR FIRST ROUND OF THE TEAM COMPETITION.

In Clive Billiards League.
ITEM 10. INTER-TOWN GAMES. Can't see this working out.
