(I'm a 60 y/o I build my first sailboat about 15 years ago). I'm thinking of starting to build some small craft, some featherweight and some light weight watercraft canoes and skiffs. I'm trying to find a yard of my own so I can build these boats, I'm such a greenhorn but I my going to started building the boat house first. I'll need some one to hold my hand until I can get a roof over my head and some money under my belt. The boat yard hope fully will be up and going in the New Year (2009).
