I enjoy working with smaller companies; SME's as they are commonly known. There tends to be a 'can do' attitude. Typically, an SME will not have a dedicated HR resource, therefore it is often the case that the owner/manager is the person taking the decisions where HR mattes are concerned.

I can provide a re-active service to help you deal with problems that have arisen, such a grievance or disciplinary situation, managing a sickness absence issue, or how to manage a redundancy. I can help you manage these and similar situations to best effect.

I can provide all of the documentation you need for your employees, including contracts of employment and a Company Handbook which will include the essential policies and procedures neccessary for compliance with good practice. I can run a short training session for you and your key managers on how to 'keep it legal'.
