Lava Shells Massage...
Just had a truly blissful Lava Shells massage...... :) Of all the massages I've tried over the years this was definitely the most relaxing. The gentle heat from the shells really works deeply into the tired and tense muscles, far more so than an ordinary massage. Can't imagine going back to 'normal' massage again!! The request for a full body Lava Shells massage has already gone to Hubby for my Christmas present :) xxx

Indian Head massage
I have had my first Indian head massage from Judith and loved it, very relaxing. Had fab nights sleep for nights after. Looking forward to my next one at the end of the month.
