Range Industrial Cleaners Ltd. can provide specialist catering hygiene services such as kitchen deep cleaning for the catering, hospitality, leisure and public sectors. We have undertaken quality kitchen deep cleaning services in Hotels, public houses, residential homes, restaurants etc. Prior to work we will visit your premesis to assess what work needs to be done, we will give you a detailed report of what work is needed to be carried out. Following our initial visit our team will begin work on an agreed date suitable to you, they will deep clean the area and all equipment detailed by you. All equipment will be tested to make sure that it is fully functional prior to leaving your premesis. A certificate of hygiene will be issued on completion of the work, this work can be done as and when needed by the client, to ensure that hygiene certificates do not laps causing a period of time when catering may have to cease.

All major insurers, require food production outlets ensure that fire risk assessments are undertaken on a regular basis. Should your premises encounter fire damage due to a build up of grease and other flammable products in your extraction, ventilation and ducting systems then the insurer may not validate your claim.

A certificate of Hygiene is supplied upon completion of any cleaning works and is recognised by insurance companies

HVCA Recommend that based on cooking times your equipment needs to be cleaned as below.

2 - 6 Hrs a Day        Annual Deep Clean
6 – 12 Hrs a Day      Bi Annual Deep Clean
12 – 16 Hrs a Day   Quarterly Deep Clean

Kitchen Extract Ventilation Systems should be cleaned and degreased using a degreasing agent to remove all grease build-ups and other dirt deposits to ensure protection against and to reduce the risk of fire within the kitchen extract systems. Cleaning regimes should also includes kitchen canopies, extract hoods, fans, grease filters and all extract ductwork (usually not included in a kitchen deep clean), and all in accordance with HVCA Publication TR/19 – Section 7.
