Next Director's meeting  26th June 2010.

If you have any matters you might want to be discussed at that meeting please submit  it in writing to The Company Secretary by the 20th of June at the latest for inclusion.

The Meeting of the 13th April was held and all matters were discussed and will be reported on as soon as all agree to publish.

Extrerior decoration, the Fire Officers Survey of the Common Parts and the Report from Uk National Grid with regard to the condition of the gas risers on the exterior walls were some of the matters under discussion.

The Meeting of the 8th May was held and all matters were discussed.

The Fire Officers' recommendations have been implemented. There has been no further information with regrade to the gas main upgrade.

The exterior redecoration of the complex has been scheduled to start

21st June 2010.

The additional railings to block 1 and alterations to the railings adjacent the beach access (block 7) have been completed.

8th October the AGM was held

Lively debate ensued, new accountants were introduced and all business was accordingly passed,

A questionaire was passed round to the members for opinions on a range of subject,
