Founder of Positive Images - Positive Effect
Paul Lee is the founder of Positive Images - Positive Effect and designs and delivers all training programmes. He has over 30 years of experience as an educator, facilitator, outdoor activity instructor and training consultant. He has a wide range of experience in education, youth work and graduate training along side corporate and not for profit companies.
Paul has worked with Outward Bound Tywyn, The Princes Trust, Fairbridge, Weston Spriit, amongest others, and been involved with some of the countries most challenging children and young adults both in an educational setting and alternatives to education.
He has acted as a training consultant and facilitator for many well-known companies including B.T, Magnet, Yorshire Water, GEC, Power Gen, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Careers Scotland, Lifeskills Centres, Local Government and recently the Scottish CIPD

Paul is a writer of experiential learning activity books and packages and concentrates on designing experiential learning tools and techniques. He is committed to helping vulnerable, disengaged young people find a constructive way to express difficult feelings and overcome problems.
