About O.P.A.W
O.P.A.W was set up in as a reaction to the ever growing scandal around the Workfare Programme and all of it's incorporated schemes . It was originally intended as a 5 day Facebook Campaign in the run up to 'Boycott Workfare Day Of Action'.
Following on from overwhelming support that we recieved with that campaign we made the decision to keep things rolling with a new, permanent format. On Facebook we have our new Community page where you can interact with us and also suggest actions to us and fellow group members. We encourage everyone to use the page as a mutual hub for ideas and actions. We also have our existing Facebook actions page which will now be our 'actions archive'.
Most importantly here on our website actions that O.P.A.W would like you to be involved in are posted. They will then be archived on Facebook within 24 hours of being launched on the website.
