Links Fair Trade and Organic Products Lochaber Farm Shop and Cafe Guided ToursFine local produce We set up the shop in June 2004 to sell our home reared Lamb, Mutton, Beef and Free Range Pork. We farm at Annat Farm, Corpach and Glenfintaig Farm North of Spean Bridge. Both are traditional hill farms and are approved by Quality Meat Scotland's Farm Assurance Scheme and are environmentally aware. Lamb Our Lamb is naturally reared and is either Blackface, Texel or Charolais. Our animals are grazed only on grass and heather as nature intended. Mutton available seasonally. Free Range Pork Our Tamworth pigs are free to dig and forage, living outside with access to shelter when needed. We breed our own weaners and grow them on for 8 months twice as long as intensively reared pigs. We currently have Brendan the Tamworth boar and 4 sows (litters vary in size 16 piglets being our record!). We guarantee you will enjoy the succulent roasts, chops and steaks and also our very popular range of sausages. Beef Arisaig Estate are rearing Luing Bullocks for us, the Luing breed lends itself well for fine beef production in the highlands ( All the flavour of highland Beef with a better size carcass/yield ). The Beef is beautifully marbled and tender having been hung for at least 17 DAYS. We have a selection of cuts including Roasts, Steaks, Diced Beef, Steak Mince, Sausages and Burgers. Straight from our Farm to your plate! Join me in my spacious people carrier to explore the West Coast of Scotland at a relaxed pace with myself as your own personal driver/guide. I will tour you around in comfort, allowing you to sit back, relax and absorb the sheer beauty and heritage of this dramatic and scenic side of Scotland.
