I often wondered why some seemingly ordinary people could accomplish so much, and why so many more did not…
My reason for creating this site is to help people to Identify, plan and experience the next steps in their lives by offering affordable Mentoring, Coaching and Ongoing support. I got tired of attending seminars that offered really great content, but the onging support was way too expensive for most people and it always seemed to me that these were the people that needed it the most. So continuous progress was always elusive.
I have been interested in Personal Development for as long as I can remember
As a child, there were two things I was mainly interested in, the first was Personal Development, (I was and still am the original ‘Why?’ child) Always wanting to know why people behaved the way they did and what could be done about it.
My other passion was Theatre. Acting and performing seem to come naturally to me. I was the child in the school playground that would create sketches for the other children and myself to perform. Always about finding solutions to some issue. I would even get the Head to agree to let us perform in school assembly.
I was Founder Member of two Theatre Companies. During my time working with the second Theatre Company we did many workshops, (such as Self-Esteem through Drama), I became aware that I needed to develop my skills so I could really make a difference. Naturally, I studied Creative Arts Facilitation as a vehicle for Personal growth.
Whilst studying I came across and learnt a variety of techniques. for example, its almost imposibble to read about personal development without being told to visualise. Absolutely brilliant. It totally works when you do it. It has certainly made a great difference to my life.
However, some people don't see anything when they 'visualise'. Why, because their dominant way of operating is either auditory (what they hear) or Kinesthetic (what they feel). In practical terms, those three dominant human operating systems translate into people reacting mostly to either:
What they see
What they hear
What they feel
Or a combination, although one of those three will be dominant.
I invite you to comment on anything I say that is of interest to you. I am passionate about personal development so if you have anything you want to share or any opinions of any of the content I have created on my site, please do speak up. I love feedback .
SO…TO MY ‘UNPLANNED’ JOURNEY…
So When I woke up on the morning of my 47th birthday, I was in shock.
I realised that in spite of my interest in Personal Development, I had no idea what I was going to do with the rest of my life. I had no plan. In fact I had never had a plan, much less any thought about how to implement one. My life had pretty much ‘just happened’ to me.
Of course, I had some success. And sure I had always had some vague idea that I would grow up, get married and have children and a career.
Well the children came before the marriage. The marriage when it did happen didn’t work out. The career got side-tracked because mostly I was just surviving, instead of thriving.
Sure I planned to go to college and I did and then what. I had more stops and starts than the bus service. There was no real progress.
Oh, I know you can’t plan everything. I know life has twists and turns, some fortunate, some unfortunate.
I experienced hindsight in glorious technicolor, like when my father needed an operation that I couldn’t pay for because I was in a financial mess or losing the same thirty pounds of weight over and over for decades and other incidents too personal to mention here that could have been avoided.
I write all this so that any body interested enough to have read this far will know that I speak from experience.
I always say that there are many warning signs, the Law of Attraction says you just need to check in with how you are feeling, I have found this to be true.
So inspite of some great successes in my life, there was a sense that somehow there were a little too many regrets, maybe if I had really thought about it or even knew how to think about it differently I could have made better plans. I could have saved myself a whole lot of misery.
We don’t recognise the warning signs or we simply ignore them. because we feel helpless and powerless to correct ourselves even when we know we are going in the wrong direction.
Sometimes we just need a little help to put us back on the right path like The Painless Progress System.

Self Blame
by Unknown - 14:01 on 19 October 2014
One of the most destructive elements to your own well being is self-blame.
Most women believes its their fault why things arent going the way they should, and consider themselves failing and ends up feeling less than they are.
it is always easier to say I CANT rather than I CAN.
The Painless Progess System is a series of workshops and webinars that gives support and teaches you simple methods of transcending your mind from negative and wrong thinking to becoming truly positive about yourself.
it is designed as an ongoing support system that works on individual needs.
