Giving Value To Our Midlife Experience
2nd March  10:00-4:30
Navigating Transitions In Our Bodies
A Taster Day with Momie Cain and Saille Mawson

Menopause is not a clinical condition. It is a holistic, and for some, a revolutionary developmental experience.

How can we use the fire of Menopause to clear out and transform what is no longer useful to us?

During this day, we will focus on the body using Tamalpa Life Art creative processes to listen to and engage with what is currently alive for us. We explore our perceptions of self-image and body image from the inside out through imagery, dialogue and movement.
We will also offer practical information and tools to address common menopausal issues including healthy lifestyle changes, nutrition and herbal remedies.

This is the first day in a proposed series. We have decided to offer this as a stand-alone workshop for those who wish.

Cost:  Booking and payment in advance please.
£55 if paid by 20th February, otherwise £65.
Venue: The Garden Room at the Findhorn Village Centre
