Getting to Orkney
Northlink Ferries provides the Island with two ferry services, one from Shetland or Aberdeen which docks in Kirkwall (15 miles away) and one from Scrabster which docks in Stromness (5 miles away) The local airport is 20 miles away. Local buses have a regular service to and from these facilities.
