RENTAL PROPERTY CLEAN

Loch Ness Cleaning Offers Pre Tenancy and in Between Tenancy Cleaning, a one off great clean of your letting/rental property before new Tenants move in. Even though the old Tenants have left the property in a reasonable state, it may require the additional touches before any new Tenants move in, or, it may be that you maybe letting the Property for the first time and require it to look at its best before the prospective Tenants move in.

Furthermore, this type of cleaning shows the Tenants what you require if and when the Tenancy Agreement is terminated.

We Clean all the rooms in the Rental/Letting property, including, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living/Dining Rooms and Hallways. We will start at the Top and work to the Bottom finishing off with the Floors!

Please Note

All rooms have to Free of Personal Possessions before we start and with minimal items, especially the Bedroom and Kitchen cupboards.

We do not wash/clean bedding, curtains, blinds, Ovens, Sofas and Carpets; we find that these things usually require Specialist Cleaning

KITCHEN

Clean, Removing Grease, Dirt and Dust from Kitchen Tiles, Door Frames, Light Fittings, Tops and Underneath of Kitchen Units, Skirting Boards, Walls and Light Switches.
Clean all Small Kitchen Appliances including Toasters, Microwaves, and Kettles etc.
Clean Cooker Hobs, of all types, Electric, Ceramic or Gas. Unfortunately we currently do not clean the inside of Ovens.
Clean the inside and out of Kitchen Cupboards
Clean Windows and any Glass Surfaces.
Clean Sink and Draining Board
Wash, clean and Dry any Vinyl/Laminate flooring, and, Vacuum Clean any Carpeted Area.

HALLWAY AND STAIRS

Clean and Dust Skirting Boards, light fittings, light switches, Walls and Stair Hand Rails.
Wash, Clean and Dry any Wood, Tiled, Vinyl or Laminate flooring, and, Vacuum Clean any Carpeted Area

BATHROOM

Wash, Clean and Dry Bath, Shower, Hand Basin and Toilet
Clean all Wall Tiles, Light fittings, Light Switches, Skirting Boards, Towel Rails, Bathroom Cabinets and other small accessories.
Clean Windows and Glass Surfaces, including Shower Screen.
Wash, Clean and Dry any Wood, Tiled, Vinyl or Laminate flooring, and, Vacuum Clean any Carpeted Area.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM

Clean and Dust all Skirting Boards, Door Frames, Light Fittings, Walls, Light Switches, and Curtain Fixings.
Clean and Dust Living Room/Dining Room furniture including Sofas, Chairs, Tables, Lamps and Electrical appliances.

Please Note

We do not Wash Down any Fabric on Sofas/Chairs or clean leather, we would only Vacuum Clean these items.

Clean Windows and Glass Surfaces, including Shower Screen.
Wash, Clean and Dry any Wood, Tiled, Vinyl or Laminate flooring, and, Vacuum Clean any Carpeted Area.

BEDROOM

Clean and Dust all Skirting Boards, Door Frames, Light Fittings, Walls, Light Switches, and Curtain Fixings.
Clean and Dust Tops and Fronts of Bedroom Furniture
Clean Windows and Glass Surfaces, including Shower Screen.
Wash, Clean and Dry any Wood, Tiled, Vinyl or Laminate flooring, and, Vacuum Clean any Carpeted Area, including under the Bed if free of items!
