BIG HIGHLAND WELCOME for the QUEENS BATON RELAY involving 50 shops in Dingwall and 10 local schools .
DINGWALL WINTER FESTIVAL including CHILDRENS PARADE with storytelling sessions & art workshops for 5 local schools
Lizzie has been promoting and producing Arts Activity in Highland for many years, working with some of Scotland’s finest talents.
She also delivers Storytelling and Arts & Craft Sessions for Museums, Schools, Feisean nan Gaidheal and Community Groups.
Since gaining a Degree in the Cultural Studies of the Highlands and Islands with UHI, Lizzie has concentrated on sharing her enthusiasm for Traditional Highland Stories, and is committed to working with young people in exciting and creative ways to ensure that they keep these stories alive. She also combines Arts & Crafts and aspects of Highland Heritage into her sessions.
Lizzie has Feiean nan Gaidheal level 3 Tutor Training and can incorporate very simple Gaelic in her sessions.
Lizzie has also worked on many large Visual Arts Projects, runs an adult Art Class, and Coordinates the Childrens Area at Belladrum Festival.
