The Fern White Charity Show
Just want to say thank you very much for the opportunity to compete and could you please pass our thanks to the sponsors of the classes too. Kyra competed on Duddit's in the Fern White Charity Show on Sunday 12th July. We competed in the Novice Lead Rein class and everything went well until the anxiety kicked in and we were unable to finish our individual show.
The Landmark class was a very different story, the judge was superb and Kyra had a much better experience, especially as in the end she came first! Kyra has been with us for nearly a year now and was a very troubled little girl with massive issues in the time with us she has developed a very special relationship with her pony, She really struggles with people. The pony succeeds where psychologists and therapists have failed.
We are really lucky that our local show is hosting three Landmark classes this Sunday and Kyra is excitedly telling Duddits her plans for world domination of the showing classes already, no doubt we will be up to our eyes in soap suds on Saturday when the preparations begin, she usually gets wetter than the pony
