Welcome to the website for Keig Community

Keig is a small community in the heart of beautiful, unspoilt Donside, in rural Aberdeenshire, about twenty five miles north west of Aberdeen.

The modern village is in essence a linear settlement, with a thriving Primary School and the Community Hall, a part of Keig School, plays a vital and active part in bringing the community, and those living nearby, together. Essential modifications, to allow full access for disabled visitors, and to facilitate additional storage of equipment, are now needed, and this website was devised as a means of keeping the community informed about events aimed at raising funds for these changes.
