Ross is 42 and Jade is 13. We have been training in karate since September 2003 and have competed in various tournaments in the UK.

Our aim is compete in Australia in August and return with medals which will confirm our places as World Champions.

In addition to regular training we are attending tournament specific training every Sunday with the club's Regional Manager and Zone Director, which is improving our skills further and giving us the best possible chance of success.
