I had never thought of going to Barbados nuntil you and Mich went. Again your writing "tells a story" of the place you were in.Loved it,especially the bit about Connies fish and meeting local peeps,it shows how possible that is even in barbados......watch this space xxxx ma xxx

Really enjoyed this piece on mumbai. We unfortunately (even more so having read this) didnt go to Mumbai but you can really feel the place from your writing. We experienced a lot of what you described. I liked the bit about the horns not being angry - it works!
Already missing the chai and street snacks but we're now in thailand and the food isnt bad here either. Love L&H xx

Wow,this blew my socks off,could almost smell it,your writing goes from strength to strength. Ru says he loved the detail,it made it so real. Enjoyed the 14 hour day piece. I can definitely relate with the indian km and the english km being slightly different. Just as when they tell you "wait 5 minutes" actually means 15 minutes or more. Sounds a hell of a journey though and a beautiful way to see this beautiful country. Hats off to you for braving the riding at night...just taking a scooter at night here is dodgy with all the dogs and cows on the roads and the amount of flies and bugs that hit your face. The short story idea is cool...give us more from india. x
