I have been an Explore member since 2012 and am a director of the JCLLC CIC. I mainly attend Literature and Art History in Explore but drop into a variety of topics from time to time. more details

I am interested in the ways in which western Europe emerged from the shake-out of the decline of the Roman Empire, and this is the area of most of my teaching and research. I like to work with both archaeology and text sources. more details
