Opening Hours

Our opening hours will now be flexible, so please contact us and we will arrange an appointment as quickly as possible.

We have different trainers with different skills on different levels on different days, but we will arrange an appointment to suit both parties as quickly as we can. 

Appointments are essential and cost £10 for each two-hour sessio for a 1:1 or £15 per hour for 1:2 sessions.
