I've been writing about my own life for a number of years now - have had some success and plenty more rejections. Can't help wondering whether the experience of having one's literary creations rejected is good preparation for surviving sexual infidelity? I too am a survivor, though my survival rested on putting a past life to bed and moving on to something, someone altogether more worthwhile. Curious to know what happens for you.
