What is contained within a Report?
As part of the UK Entry Clearance requirements, the UK Border Agency requires an independent assessment of the intended accommodation prior to arrival to the UK. Such an assessment should be undertaken by a qualified body and a report is issued to indicate if the property will become overcrowded or contravene public health regulations as discribed in The Housing Health and Safety Rating System Guidance (HHSRS). The names of the property Owners, name of the Sponsor, name of the Applicant and the names and ages of anyone else living at the property.
