I had an Indian Head Massage and I can honestly say it was bliss! I couldn't believe how massaging the head can promote a feeling of relaxation which lasted all day. I could have drifted off to sleep at the time but as I had a day's work ahead of me I was able to do the tasks in a very relaxed but not sleepy state. It would be a good treatment for insomniacs I imagine. Heather is very approachable and friendly to deal with and knows her trade. Highly recommended.

I had a reflexology treatment, and an Indian Head Massage at seperate appointments and I have to say I was left feeling rather wonderful! Heather is easy to talk to and has great insight into what treatment is required and I would highly recommend!

Being 7 months pregnant, I was feeling so stressed trying to deal with all the pregnancy aches and pains, continue a demanding full-time job and get out and get everything we needed for the baby. I booked a massage with Heather to have a bit of 'me' time. I was a bit concerned as I knew that I needed to be careful with the aromatherapy oils which I could safely use, but Heather was professional, fully informed and I soon felt that I was in safe hands. I had a back and shoulder massage. It was great. So relaxing, and left me feeling human again. Next massage booked for next week!

Heather is always accommodating, extremely easy to talk to, even about difficult matters and can offer a lovely relaxing atmosphere in which to receive your treatment.
