Having a passion for Amateur Radio, I decided that I would combine my interest in two-way radio and my experience in installing vehicle VHF/UHF radio systems. Realising that no one was offering a professional mobile service in my home town of Clacton-on-Sea, I decided that I would start my own business doing just that. Up to now users would have to take their vehicles to the only local establishment to have any work carried out. I could see that this was not always in the customers best interest and that a mobile service would be a better solution. Not being restricted to "opening hours" and a fixed location, I can install the customers radio system at their home or office and at a time suited to them.
