The E.A.S.T. Sports Equality Team have produced a 'Proofing Toolkit' to help people and organisations providing services in sport and physical activity to think about some considerations which will help their services be more accessible to under-represented groups including midlife and older people.  The toolkit also provides useful websites and case studies.

Senior Peer Mentoring Training 

Later Life Training have announced four one day Senior Peer Mentoring courses for 2007, one of which is taking place in the Eastern Region in Cambridge on the 18th October. The courses are intended for professionals working to promote physical activity amongst older people, to enable them to undertake their own local training of Senior Peer Mentors with a specific focus on physical activity.
