INFORMATION

All dogs are fitted with buoyance life jackets while in the pool. Toys are available for your dog to play with while swimming should they wish.

I am with the dogs while they are in the pool.

All dogs are showered before going in to the pool to help warm their muscles up and then again after getting out. Towels and a blaster is available to dry them on. Please bring your own towel as well.

Records are kept on each dog to record their progress. Each session is timed so that the dog does not do too much excerise. A vet referral form is required before the dog can come swimming to ensure it is fit enough to do so.

Please ensure your dog is starved for 3-4 hours prior to their swim and they have been toileted before entering the pool.

Should your dog foul while in the pool there is a £50 fine as we have to close the pool to empty it and resanitize it which takes time and money. Thank you.

Both Hywel and Sue have successfully completed the Canine Hydrotherapy Course and the Canine First Aid Course at the Hawksmoor Canine Hydrotherapy Centre
